Introducing Meliora
Your Skin Doctor
As an experienced Skin Doctor based in Manila, Philippines, my patients appreciate the warmth, professional integrity, and open communication that define my medical practice. I’m determined to help my patients understand their own health so they can be well informed when making important health decisions.
Being a dermatologist and a pharmacist, I started developing skincare products that I feel can benefit my patients and other people. These products provide only the natural ingredients sourced from the credible suppliers. These are mild and are made from quality oils and ingredients, with no unnecessary chemicals.
As a dermatologist, I understand the need for cost effective products for the skin. Hopefully these products can help in sustaining chronic treatment regimens for skin diseases like eczema, psoriasis, atopic dermatitis, xerosis and hair diseases like alopecia and telogen effluvium.

My Story
With years of experience, I understand what my patients need and what the common problems are. Usually these products found in the drugstores are expensive. With my background in pharmacy, I started creating soaps and lotions for my family and myself. My main goal was to create alternative, basic skin care that are affordable and 100% handmade. I started with products that my own family needs. We have dry skin... so, my first product was a lotion that was made from the best oils and butters , without the chemicals added to those products commercially made. I found out that commercially made lotions are made with mineral oil. This oil is not absorbed by the skin. When we switched to coconut oil, almond oil and avocado oil, we felt our skin responding well to the lotion. My skin was soft and well hydrated.

The next problem I had to tackle was falling and thinning hair. So, I researched and created a shampoo soap that stopped my hair fall ! I was so shocked then, realizing that there was a simple solution to my hair fall! With that problem solved, my next project was dry hair. I researched and found recipe of a liquid shampoo made entirely with avocado oil. After a few hair washes, my hair was softer, the strands thicker and I have small hair (lanugo) growing! I want to share these solutions with you!

I’m fully committed to your health and well-being. With a Skin Doctor like me, you’re in great hands.
